In Lower Merion, the Audubon-based Mascaro was awarded a one-year contract with options for three additional years, to transport, process and market all of the township’s commingled recyclables – an estimated 2,600 tons of recyclables annually.īeginning in January, Mascaro will transport the township’s recyclables from the township-owned transfer station to Mascaro’s TotalRecycle, in Exeter, in Berks County. Mascaro & Sons has recently been awarded municipal contracts in Lower Merion, Montgomery County and Ridley Park in Delaware County.
